I have always found discussion with parents quite daunting but this has really given me more confidence in knowing how to direct coaching and discussions and given me a mental structure of what areas I would want to include and more importantly why these are important areas to include. Elena is so engaging and allowed us so many opportunities to feedback, share and discuss ideas which was really nice and I really enjoyed the session and have taken a great deal away with me

It was a great way to reflect on real sessions- to pause clips and discuss what you would change or do more of. Elena is a great person to deliver this project, she has a natural way of putting you at ease and her advice is always practical and clear.

It provided such valuable learning which is applicable to the daily life of an SLT.
